Watermelon, Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

Watermelon, Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

Serves: 4 share

 

Ingredients:

1 cup watermelon, roughly cut into cubes

3 large ripe heirloom tomatoes, roughly cut into wedges

1 x 125g buffalo mozzarella, sliced

1 tbsp white balsamic

2 tbsp olive oil

Basil, to serve

Salt and pepper, to taste

Crusty bread, to serve

 

Method:

Arrange watermelon, tomato on an oval platter and season with salt and vinegar. Add slices of mozzarella and basil and season again with a hint of salt and pepper. Drizzle over olive oil and serve with crusty bread.
