This semi-firm cheese is made with 80% Buffalo milk from Northern Victoria, covered in Nebbiolo grape’s skin, must and lees from a local winery, Vinea Marson, and matured for six months.
It has a deliciously inviting appearance with a crumbly texture and a unique flavour.
Ingredients:Pasteurised Buffalo Milk (80%), Pasteurised Cow's Milk (19.5%), Rennet (Non Animal), Starter Culture, Salt, Wine Lees, Nebbiolo Grape Skin.
