Discover our full range of artisanal cheese at our Cheesery. You will find all your favourites: from Fior di Latte and fresh Ricotta to Buffalo Mozzarella, and Caciocavallo. Our cheeses are made daily on-site using traditional Italian recipes and methods that are naturally free from preservatives and artificial colours. We only use farm-fresh milk that is non-homogenised, pasteurised, and sourced locally in Victoria.

That’s Amore Cheesery offers a special experience with signature dishes that cannot be experienced anywhere else. Experience our fresh ricotta straight out of production just the way you like it, savoury or sweet.

That’s Amore Cheesery is also renowned for our succulent Abruzzese-style Porchetta; tender and juicy roast pork stuffed with aromatic herbs covered in perfectly crunchy crackling. Our Porchetta can be enjoyed on a plate or in a roll or purchased by the kilo from our delicatessen to enjoy at home.

Café

Cheese is the star of the show at our café. Our menu is designed to feature our freshly made cheese using traditional Italian recipes and locally sourced, seasonal produce. Try our signature dishes such as ricotta gnocchi, or porchetta, or taste a different dish every day by ordering off our specials board. Complete your That’s Amore experience with a barista-made coffee and freshly filled traditional Cannoli.

Our delicatessen stocks the full range of That’s Amore Cheeses and other imported and local artisanal cheese, plus every ingredient essential to putting together the perfect cheese platter. We offer an amazing selection of cured meats, fresh bread, olives, and crackers. Our delicatessen also stocks a wide range of local and imported specialty foods such as Italian pasta, gourmet biscuits, fruit pastes, olive oil, and honey.
