Bocconcini and Mozzarella are soft, fresh cheeses, prepared by the pasta filata ('stretched-curd') method with origins from Southern Italy. Known for their mild, milky flavor and smooth, creamy texture, the delicate taste makes them versatile enough for salads, fresh on their own or melted in your favourite pizza and pasta. Our fresh cow's milk is sourced from local West Gippsland farms.
