That's Amore Stracciatella nominated for 2023 Australian Grand Dairy Awards

Our Stracciatella has been announced as a finalist in the Fresh Unripened Cheese category for the 2023 Australian Grand Dairy Awards. Our Stracciatella is the ultimate indulgent cheese: fresh strips of mozzarella bathed in cream.

The official winners of these awards will be announced in February however we are proud and grateful that our product and our hard work has been recognised! The Australian Grand Dairy Awards are the most prestigious awards in Australia for the dairy industry and only Australian manufacturers of gold medal-winning product can enter.
