Ricotta Toast 3 Ways

Banana, Cinnamon & Walnut:

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice sourdough
  • 3 tbsp That's Amore Cheese Ricotta Delicata
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp raw honey  

Instructions:

Toast sourdough. Spread ricotta on toast. Top with sliced banana. Sprinkle cinnamon and walnuts over the banana. Finish with a drizzle of honey.

 

Blueberry & Pistachio:

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice sourdough
  • 3 tbsp That's Amore Cheese Ricotta Delicata
  • 30g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp pistachios, shells removed
  • lemon rind, in strips

Instructions:

Toast sourdough. Spread ricotta on toast. Top with blueberries. Gently mash berries to release the juices. Garnish with pistachios and lemon zest.

Green Apple & Chia Seeds:

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice sourdough
  • 3 tbsp That's Amore Cheese Ricotta Delicata
  • ½ apple, sliced
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • lemon rind, in strips

Instructions:

Toast sourdough. Spread ricotta on toast. Top with sliced apple, chia seeds & lemon zest. Finish with a drizzle of honey.
