Formagic Cheese Seasoning

Introducing our newest creation: FORMAGIC!

Formagic is our new favourite cheese pairing at That's Amore Cheese. It is quite similar to a dukkah with an Italian twist. You can sprinkle it on top of any delicious cheeses, though is especially good on burrata, ricotta and other fresh cheese. It can also be used in pasta dishes, stirred through in sauce or added on top as a garnish. There is also a spicy version which incorporates a touch of chilli.
