Learn how to make your own mozzarella and fresh cheese with us! We are running cheese making classes for beginners at our cheese factory in Thomastown.

Our full day beginners cheese making class guides you through the cheesemaking process, starting from the most important ingredient; milk. With hands-on instructions you will learn how to make primo sale cheese, mozzarella and ricotta from scratch. Italian style lunch is also included!

Our 2 hour mozzarella making class will teach you all the secrets to making silky smooth mozzarella in a fun and casual environment. This class also includes a guided cheese tasting with a glass of wine.

We also run cooking classes, these 3 hour hands-on classes are great fun and a fantastic gift idea for family and friends!

  • Winter Night Market

    The Winter Night Market is BACK! We will be there serving up our famous pasta 4 formaggi tossed in our 40kg grana wheel, gnocchi ragu and beetroot burrata. Running every Wednesday night from the 5th of June until the 28th of August.

  • Winter Warmer at FIVE Vineyard

    Get cozy with us at FIVE Vineyard’s first annual Winter Warmer event celebrating some of the best food and wine Melbourne has to offer. Experience special tastings in their beautifully architectural designed spaces, surrounded by views of the vineyard. Keep warm on Saturday the 27th of July with mulled wine as you enjoy live music, cheese & truffle tastings, and more.
