We only use the best quality cow and buffalo milk, sourced locally from Victorian farmers and delivered fresh daily.
All our cheese products are 100% natural and free of preservative, artificial colours and animal rennet. We are also Halal Certified and export registered.
That’s Amore Cheese has an award-winning range of fresh and specialty cheeses, including mozzarella, smoked cheese, soft, and matured.
That’s Amore Diavoletti has been crowned Australia’s Champion Flavoured Cheese three times: in 2014, 2017 and 2020.
Our Buffalo Ricotta has been awarded Australia’s Champion Cheese in the Goat’s/Sheep’s/Buffalo Cheese category at the 2019 Australian Grand Dairy Awards.
