Easter is a day of celebration with family and friends and we can’t think of a better way to do so than sharing a delicious meal all together. Italy is a country of tradition, especially in the culinary sense. One of those is the Torta Pasqualina, a vegetarian pie that originated in the 15th century in Genoa and is traditionally prepared during Easter time, hence the name Pasqualina meaning Easter in Italian.
This pie is made with many layers of thin pastry and filled with egg, spinach and ricotta.
If you would prefer to save time, you can always use readymade puff pastry.

What could be better than tiramisu? Only tiramisu inside a chocolate egg!
