Dear cheese lovers,
In light of the current lockdown and COVID-19 restrictions, we have made the difficult decision to postpone The Collection due to take place Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 August.
The Collection has been rescheduled to SATURDAY 13 & SUNDAY 14 NOVEMBER at the same venue, fortyfivedownstairs (45 Flinders Lane, 3000, VIC).
While we know this is disappointing, we hope you understand this is a necessary step to help keep each other safe in these unprecedented times.
Even with the likelihood of restrictions lifting soon, we want to do the right thing by the health and safety of everyone involved in our event.
We hope you can join us in November to support us and all the partners involved.
If you already have a ticket, the booking has already been transferred to the new dates, with all sessions and masterclasses running at the same time.
If you have are unable to attend the new date, you may request to change your session day or time or request a refund through Eventbrite.
