Honey & Walnut Baked Stella Alpina

A sweet and savory dish featuring creamy Stella Alpina cheese, baked with honey and crunchy walnuts for a delightful contrast of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 That's Amore Stella Alpina (approx 1 - 1.5kg)
  • 60g walnuts, chopped and toasted
  • 2 tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • Salt
  • Crackers

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Step 2

Using a sharp knife, slice top of rind off Stella Alpina, then place into small baking dish. Drizzle with honey and bake for 25 mins, or until soft and gooey.

Step 3

Meanwhile, place walnuts in skillet and toast over medium heat. Set aside and mix with rosemary.

Step 4

Remove Stella Alpina from oven and add walnut and rosemary mixture over the top.

Step 5

Sprinkle generous pinch of salt and serve with your choice of crackers.
