- 1 That’s Amore Burrata
- 3 large nectarines
- 1 handful heirloom tomatoes
- 6 basil leaves
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Remove Burrata cheese from the fridge half an hour before serving and gently drain the water.
Cut nectarines and tomatoes into halves and place in a bowl, dress with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and plate up the nectarines and tomatoes, add basil leaves and finish with burrata on top.
