- 1 That’s Amore Burrata
- 3 large nectarines
- 1 handful heirloom tomatoes
- 6 basil leaves
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- extra virgin olive oil
InstructionsRemove Burrata cheese from the fridge half an hour before serving and gently drain the water.
Cut nectarines and tomatoes into halves and place in a large bowl. Dress with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Transfer salad to a serving plate. Add basil leaves and finish with Burrata on top.
