    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C.

    Using a sharp knife, slice top of rind off Stella Alpina, then place into small baking dish. Drizzle with honey and bake for 25 mins, or until soft and gooey.

    Meanwhile, place walnuts in skillet and toast over medium heat. Set aside and mix with rosemary.

    Remove Stella Alpina from oven and add walnut and rosemary mixture over the top.

    Sprinkle generous pinch of salt and serve with your choice of crackers.
