Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 medium pine mushrooms, brushed clean and sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sumac
  • 1 sprig thyme, leaves picked
  • 1 knob butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 That's Amore Burrata

    Instructions

    Heat a pan over high heat and add olive oil and mushrooms. Sauté for a minute and then add garlic, sumac, thyme and season generously with salt. Remove from heat and toss butter through.

    Serve mushrooms on a shallow plate with burrata served on the side.
