Get to know Caciocavallo

Traditional aged mozzarella. Hand-hung and slowly matured, this cheese is firm in texture with a mild and slightly salty flavour. Grill on a hot pan or shaved over your favourite pizza, pasta or soup.

Best enjoyed with: Cured meats, roasted vegetables, nuts.

And a glass of: Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Primitivo, Shiraz.
