Pannacotta with Grilled Figs

Creamy panna cotta paired with sweet, caramelized grilled figs, creating a delightful balance of smooth and rich textures with a hint of fruitiness.

Ingredients

  • 500mL That’s Amore Real Milk
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 ripe figs, grilled

Instructions

Step 1

Pour milk into a medium saucepan.

Step 2

Gently whisk in gelatin over medium heat for 3 mins.

Step 3

Reduce heat to allow the gelatin to soften.

Step 4

Add honey, maple syrup and vanilla.

Step 5

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until milk is hot enough to steam. Do not boil.

Step 6

Lightly grease small moulds with coconut oil and pour in heated mixture.

Step 7

Cover and place in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours or overnight.

Step 8

When ready to serve gently turn out onto serving dishes and serve with warm grilled figs.
