A creamy ricotta-based ice cream with a rich pistachio flavor, offering a smooth and nutty treat that's both refreshing and indulgent.

Ingredients

  • That's Amore Cheese Traditional Ricotta
  • 500mL thickened cream
  • 1 vanilla beans, seeds scraped
  • 395g can condensed milk
  • 60g pistachios, toasted and roughly chopped

Instructions

Step 1

Whisk cream with vanilla until it reaches soft peaks. Combine the condensed milk with ricotta until smooth then fold through cream along with the pistachios.

Step 2

Pour into a 1.5L container, then cover with plastic wrap and lid. Freeze for 6 hours or, even better, overnight before serving.
