Stuffed Bocconcini Leaf with Ham

Creamy bocconcini cheese wrapped in fresh leaves and stuffed with savory ham, creating a delicious bite-sized treat.

Ingredients

  • 350g That's Amore Bocconcini Leaf
  • 100g ham
  • 30g rocket
  • 1 tomato
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

Step 1

Drain bocconcini leaf and roll out on a tea towel to remove excess liquid.

Step 2

Place a sheet of cling wrap on the bench and place bocconcini leaf on top.

Step 3

Thinly slice tomato.

Step 4

Layer ham on bocconcini leaf, followed by rocket and tomato.

Step 5

Using cling wrap to help, roll the whole thing up, roulade style, holding tightly to roll up the filling.

Step 6

Refrigerate roll for at least an hour.

Step 7

To serve, remove cling wrap and cut roll into rounds approx. 2cm thick.

Step 8

Drizzle with olive oil, season and enjoy!
