Buffalotto is our very own matured buffalo cheese made using only fresh buffalo milk that is locally sourced in Victoria. It is a unique product which balances the full flavour you would expect from a cheese that has matured for a minimum of 12 months with a subtle and crumbly texture similar to a Parmesan cheese.
